This directory contains particle tracks obtained when we inject
a particle that are judged to be a real primary.
It interacts in the atmosphere and some of them create
albedo particles. A long life and short life particles are thus
generated.
The semi-transparent spherical surface shows the altitude of
380 km which is covered by the AMS observation (latitude
within 51.7 degree).
- Reverse
This directory contains particle tracks obtained when we examin that
a given proton at 400 km can really a primary particle or not.
For a given proton, we reverse the direction and make the
charge opposit (proton --> antiproton) and follow the
particle to the outer space. If it can escape to say,
10 earth radius, we can say it can be a real primary.
The examples here all trapped particles and thus not
primaries.
