Minor change for Sibyll2.3c. If the user is using it for Air target (not as N2+O2 or N2+O2+Ar) or proton target, need not update. Old sibyll2.3c gave "NaN" for the Kaon-N or Kaon-O xsection calculation. This was fixed by the sibyll author, Felix.
From V8.036 (not released), the tau lepton can be a primary.
